2. Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We understand that things come up and we will always do our best to accommodate changes to your schedule with reasonable notice.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to pause or reschedule services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Flowstate Exterior Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre existing conditions such as loose fixtures, deteriorating surfaces, or structural issues that were not disclosed prior to the service.

We stand behind our work and want every customer to be completely satisfied. If you have a concern about the quality of your service please contact us within 24 hours of job completion and we will make it right.

6. Liability

Flowstate Exterior Services carries appropriate insurance for the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
